Iron sharpens
iron.

Whatever you’re training for, Milo builds the program. Then he rewrites it every time life changes.

General fitness. Powerlifting meet. Spartan race. Wanting to deadlift 200 by your birthday. Milo doesn’t care which one — he just builds around it and adjusts as you go.

No templates. No intake forms. Full context, every session, forever.

The forge doesn’t ask
if you’re ready.

Heat

Your program argues back

Fitbod builds your program. Milo builds your program, then argues with you about it. Every set you log reshapes what comes next.

Pressure

Native on your wrist

First-class Apple Watch and WearOS apps. Log every set without touching your phone.

Impact

No buttons. Just tell him.

No accept prompts. No multi-step forms. You talk, Milo adjusts. That’s the whole app.

Day one to week fifty-two

Three steps. Then you’re in the forge.

01

Tell Milo what you want

Stronger, leaner, ready for a meet, or just consistent — say it in your own words. He asks the follow-ups and builds around a real deadline if you have one.

02

He builds your program

Not a template. A program sized to your goal, your gear, your schedule, and what hurts right now. Event in October? He back-plans from race day.

03

You lift. You talk. He adjusts.

Every session feeds back. Skipped a week? Hit a PR? Race moved to spring? Tell him. The plan moves with you — not the other way around.

In Milo’s own words

Milo doesn’t flatter you.
He coaches.

Third time this month. Bold strategy. Sure you want the quads to atrophy?
Tweaked my shoulder yesterday.
Milo
Got it. Swapping overhead press for incline DB. Rest of the session stands.
Let's start this program.
Milo
Hold up — haven't built one yet. Tell me your gear and injuries first.
Add more arms. Way more.
Milo
Noted. Adding an arms-focused finisher Tue/Fri. Your back day stays — no negotiation.

Commercial gym. Left shoulder clicks on bench.
Good. Biasing floor press and landmine the first four weeks. Goal? Strength, size, or both?
Size, mostly. 4 days.
Building it now. Upper / Lower / Upper / Lower. First session up before you leave the house.

Gym's packed. Can't get a rack.
Rough. Running DB-only: goblet squats 3×12, walking lunges, single-leg RDLs. Same stimulus, no rack.
Done with squats. Knee feels fine.
Nice. Pushing lunges to 35s. Bias the left side on unilateral work — it's behind.

01

Reads every set you log

Milo knows your last 12 weeks of training, not just this session. Stalls get caught early.

02

Rewrites on demand

Tell him you’re tired, traveling, pregnant, deloading, peaking — the plan reshapes in seconds.

03

Pushes back when he should

Ask for another arms day after asking yesterday? He’ll tell you why that’s a bad idea.

Whatever you’re training for, Milo can build it.

General fitness or October meet — tell him. He handles the program and everything that changes along the way.

Questions.

How is this different from Fitbod or Hevy?+

Fitbod and Hevy give you rigid templates or blank logs. ForgeUp gives you a coach who builds a plan with you, then adjusts it mid-week when life happens. The program is the conversation.

Do I need a specific goal to start?+

No. “I want to feel better and look better” is a complete goal. Milo will ask what that means to you and build from there. You don’t need a meet on the calendar or a number in mind.

Can Milo program for a competition or event?+

Yes. Give him the date and the event — powerlifting meet, Spartan race, marathon, whatever — and he back-plans from race day. He manages the peaking block, the taper, and all the adjustments in between.

What if I get injured?+

Tell Milo. He’ll swap exercises in real time, rework your week, and keep the rest of your program coherent.

Do I need an Apple Watch?+

No. ForgeUp works as a pure phone app. The Watch and WearOS apps just make set logging hands-free.

How does the trial work?+

14 days, full app. No credit card upfront. If you forget to cancel, we don’t silently charge — we’ll ask.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Anytime, one tap, in-app. Your workout history stays yours.

Proverbs 27:17

Ironsharpensiron.

A coach who flatters you is useless. A coach who hammers you without listening is worse. Milo does neither — he reads every set, argues back when he should, and rewrites your plan the moment the data says to.
